I love working with children. It is the heart of everything I do.
I originally planned to be a teacher, but while studying I fell in love with communication disorders and never looked back. After several years at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, I opened Key Pediatric Therapy to give families personalized therapy that fits real life, and to have the flexibility to be present for my own family.
My approach is play-based, relationship driven, and individualized for every child. Through play, meaningful routines, and evidence-based strategies, I help children build speech, feeding, and literacy skills that show up in their everyday lives. Parents are an essential part of progress too, so I coach families with simple strategies you can use at home, building confidence and communication that lasts long beyond therapy.
I am warm, patient, and genuinely invested in every child I work with. I know it can feel stressful when you are worried about your child's development, so I meet every family with empathy and a collaborative mindset. In sessions, I am playful and engaged, celebrating small wins and building confidence step by step. Therapy should feel encouraging, positive, and empowering, for kids and parents alike.
When I am not in session, you can find me baking cakes, getting lost in a murder mystery novel, or at the beach with my husband and two kiddos.

Hi, I'm Ally!
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
Ally is a Florida-licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a minor in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Florida.
With a strong background in early childhood education and pediatric care, Ally brings a warm, child-centered approach to therapy. Her experience working in preschool classrooms, summer camps, and private childcare has given her a strong understanding of child development, behavior, communication, and the importance of building trusting relationships with both children and families.
During her undergraduate studies, Ally participated in research focused on LSVT LOUD intervention for veterans with dysarthria secondary to traumatic brain injury. This experience strengthened her interest in evidence-based practice and her commitment to providing individualized, research-informed support.
At Key Pediatric Therapy, Ally works closely with children and families to support speech and language development through engaging, individualized therapy. She values collaboration with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to help each child build confidence and make meaningful progress.
Fun Fact: When she’s not working with children, Ally enjoys needlepoint and spending time with family and friends.
Hi, I'm McKenzie!
Speech-Language Pathologist
McKenzie Robison is a Florida-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with more than five years of experience working with children in pediatric home health and elementary school settings. She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Kentucky University and her Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from Morehead State University.
McKenzie is passionate about helping children find their voice and supporting families along the way. Her patient-centered approach focuses on creating individualized treatment plans that meet each child’s unique needs and goals while building strong, collaborative relationships with families.
Her clinical experience includes working with children ages 2–12 across a wide range of speech and language needs. She particularly values family education and parent coaching, believing that empowering parents is an important part of helping children make meaningful progress.
After spending time living and working in England with asylum seekers and refugees, McKenzie developed an even deeper appreciation for cultural sensitivity, communication, and the impact of language barriers.
Outside of therapy, McKenzie is a proud new mom to her three-month-old baby and enjoys spending time with her family.
